Advicely partnered with a sister consulting firm to deliver a detailed costing and structure recommendation for how best to inhouse programmatic and social media teams.
This involved a detailed breakdown of automation opportunities, organisational focus from a people and personnel standpoint and nuanced costings so Sony procurement teams felt that efficiency gains were also feasible.
Sony implemented much of the recommendations and continued to develop ongoing in-housing systems on the back of the initial framework that was developed here.
